This page explains how contact details, company information, investor requests and dataroom access data are collected, processed and protected.
Emkan Development Experience Group, acting on behalf of the Project Owner, processes user information to review and respond to enquiries, manage applicant relationships, process dataroom requests, prevent abuse, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
Forms may collect name, email, phone, country, organization, role, investor type, package or subject of interest, enquiry text, and consents. Essential technical data such as submission time, IP address, browser, language, and UTM parameters may be recorded for security, troubleshooting, and performance measurement.
Information is stored in this platform's own controlled server environment. Access is restricted to authorized roles and to what is necessary for the service. Lead intake, internal notifications, event analytics, and the dataroom do not depend on a third-party application service.
The base map is delivered by OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap data and rendered with MapLibre GL JS. When the map is used, the user's IP address and essential request metadata may be processed by those providers to deliver map tiles and styles. Form contents and user identity fields are not sent for this purpose.
Enquiry and communication records are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, technical and security logs generally for up to 12 months, and dataroom/confidentiality records for up to 36 months after access ends. Legal obligations, disputes, or separate agreements may extend retention.
Users may contact investghh@emkan.world to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of marketing consent, or information about processing. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn.
